The modern, well-equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, Nespresso machine) allows you to easily prepare breakfast or a home-cooked dinner. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and high-quality bed linen to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and shower gel and shampoo. The toilet is separate for added comfort. You will also find: Wi-Fi, iron, towels, and sheets provided for all guests. 📍 The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building with a typical old Parisian elevator, which is functional but small.

We charge 100% of the total amount on reservation to block the apartment in the calendar.

DEPOSIT

The company may ask for a deposit depending on the property rented. This amount will only be deducted in the event of damage to property or non-compliance with the house rules caused during the stay.

CANCELLATION

If the customer cancels his booking more than 31 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100%, more than 7 days before arrival, he will lose the 50% deposit already paid. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
