Bedroom 1: Cosy bedroom with comfortable double bed and quality bed linen and private bathroom. Bedroom 2: Cosy bedroom with comfortable double bed and quality bed linen including a double sofa bed. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilets: Two toilets in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor. Important information: The Saint-Denis Street, where the apartment is located, was once a hotbed of Parisian prostitution. There are still a few prostitutes in the area, and you may notice vestiges of this history. Today, the area is best known for its lively atmosphere, while remaining a safe neighborhood. Please note that work is currently underway in the building, which may generate some noise pollution during the day.

Payment
We charge 100% of the total amount on reservation to block the apartment in the calendar.
DEPOSIT
The company may ask for a deposit depending on the property rented. This amount will only be deducted in the event of damage to property or non-compliance with the house rules caused during the stay.
CANCELLATION
If the customer cancels his booking more than 31 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100%, more than 7 days before arrival, he will lose the 50% deposit already paid. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
