This large property consists of two independent but interconnected spaces: On the right is the main apartment, comprising: – Main living room: A spacious and bright living area with two double sofa beds, a TV, and a cozy dining area, with a modern open kitchen for cooking and sharing in a friendly atmosphere. – Bedrooms: The two bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed, quality bedding, and a TV, ensuring optimal comfort for your nights. One of them also has its own private bathroom, creating a real suite for added privacy. – Bathrooms & Toilets: The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Each bathroom also has its own toilet for added comfort and convenience.  On the left is a large master suite of approximately 50m² comprising: – Comfortable living room: A cozy space with a double sofa bed, TV screen, and dining area. Perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. – Open kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine. Everything you need to cook for yourself. – Master bedroom: A cozy bedroom with a double bed, offering a truly relaxing space. – Bathroom & toilet: A modern bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryer. – Please note: In the event of a complaint from neighbors, we reserve the right to evict you without refund. Legal action may be taken in the event of serious breaches.
CONDITIONS & bookings
Payment
We charge 100% of the total amount on reservation to block the apartment in the calendar.
DEPOSIT
The company may ask for a deposit depending on the property rented. This amount will only be deducted in the event of damage to property or non-compliance with the house rules caused during the stay.
CANCELLATION
If the customer cancels his booking more than 31 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100%, more than 7 days before arrival, he will lose the 50% deposit already paid. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
