Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your needs: Living room: An inviting space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bedrooms: Two cosy bedrooms with comfortable double beds and quality bed linen. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with all necessary amenities. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom. Balconies : Two private areas of 8m² each, offering magnificent views of the Place de la République. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with a lift.

– No smoking in the apartment.

– Parties are strictly forbidden.

– No music or loud noises after 8:00 p.m.

– Do not smoke in common areas or in the courtyard.

– Keep the common areas and courtyard quiet

– Do not leave garbage in the common areas or courtyard.

– Do not make noise with your suitcases during check-in and check-out.

– Please note: In the event of a complaint from neighbors, we reserve the right to evict you without refund. Legal action may be taken in the event of serious breaches.

CONDITIONS & bookings

Payment

We charge 100% of the total amount on reservation to block the apartment in the calendar.

DEPOSIT

The company may ask for a deposit depending on the property rented. This amount will only be deducted in the event of damage to property or non-compliance with the house rules caused during the stay.

CANCELLATION

If the customer cancels his booking more than 31 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100%, more than 7 days before arrival, he will lose the 50% deposit already paid. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount will be forfeited.
